Introduction

This web site and the related web sites contained herein (collectively, the “Site”) make available information on hotels and other transient stay facilities owned, managed or franchised by the Indian Hotels Company Limited and/or its subsidiaries and affiliates collectively.

The terms and conditions set out below (“Conditions”) apply to your use of the Site including the use of the information services offered on the Site.

In accessing, using, viewing, transmitting, caching or storing this Site or any of its services, functions, materials or contents, you agree to each and all the Conditions and notices in this Site without modification.

Booking and Reservation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Hilligo Hotels. Making a reservation does not guarantee room availability until a confirmation number is issued.

Room rates are dynamic and may change without prior notice. Rates displayed at the time of booking are valid only for the specific dates and room type selected.

Special requests such as specific floor preferences, adjoining rooms, or dietary requirements are noted and accommodated based on availability. We cannot guarantee special requests but will make every effort to fulfill them.

Group bookings of five or more rooms may be subject to additional terms including group cancellation policies, deposit requirements, and contracted rates.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking for non-refundable rate plans. For flexible and refundable rates, payment is collected at the time of check-in unless otherwise specified.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, UPI, and net banking. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways.

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable government taxes. GST and other levies will be added as per applicable laws.

In the event of a payment failure, the booking will not be confirmed. We are not responsible for any charges levied by your bank for failed transactions.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate plan selected at the time of booking. The applicable cancellation policy is displayed before you complete your reservation.

Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances. By selecting a non-refundable rate, you agree to forfeit the entire booking amount.

Refundable rates follow the standard cancellation policy: full refund if cancelled 48 hours before check-in, 50% charge for cancellations within 24-48 hours, and full charge for cancellations within 24 hours.

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method. Hilligo Hotels is not responsible for delays caused by banking or payment intermediaries.

Guest Conduct

All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful and considerate towards hotel staff, other guests, and hotel property.

Hilligo Hotels reserves the right to refuse accommodation or service to any person whose behavior is deemed disruptive, offensive, unsafe, or in violation of hotel policies. No refund will be provided in such cases.

Guests are responsible for any damages caused to hotel property, including but not limited to furniture, fixtures, electronics, and linens. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest's account.

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of our hotels. Designated smoking areas are available. Violation of the smoking policy will result in a cleaning fee as per hotel policy.

Liability

Hilligo Hotels shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings or valuables kept in guest rooms. We strongly recommend using the in-room safe for storing valuables.

The hotel is not responsible for any injury, accident, or loss sustained by guests on the premises unless caused by the proven negligence of the hotel.

We shall not be liable for any delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, or any event beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount paid by the guest for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

Amendments

Hilligo Hotels reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

It is the responsibility of the user to review these terms periodically for any changes. Continued use of our website and services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

In the event that any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between the guest and Hilligo Hotels regarding the use of our website and booking services.
